Liu Xiangjun, the graduate of Wudang Taoist Kung Fu Academy in 2009，comes from Jiangxi province. Mr Liu is a retired cadre, who is 52 years old. He devoted himself to his work and careers but neglected his health and regimen in the past years. However, the body is the capital of revolution, so he decided to come to our academy to learn Tai Chi Regimen Kung fu as soon as he retired. He stayed in our academy for 4 months to study Wudang Sanfeng Tai Chi Boxing 18 and 28 Forms, Tai Chi Sword 36 Forms and Eight Sections Brocade. From hot summer to cool autumn, Mr Liu insisted on getting up early and practicing hard. No pains, no gains. Mr Liu obtained strong body, happy mood and unforgettable friendship in these days of Wudang Mountain. We believe that Mr Liu will come back to Wudang again next year. And we also hope Mr Liu will become healthier and healthier.
